CBS Slate goes up with the season finales; ‘NCIS’ head of ABC Monday’s NBA coverage

CBS’ Monday slate had a pretty good night with nearly every series up in both demo and ratings for their season finales.

On Monday, CBS bid farewell to the current seasons of The Neighborhood, Bob Hearts Abishola, NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i. All stocks were up on both metrics from the previous week except for The neighborhood which was stable in the demo. From the CBS Monday slate, NCIS was the highest rated program. The drama, which earned a 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demo and 7.19 million viewers, also marked the most-watched program of the night overall. Throughout his season, NCIS was a stable performer dropping only two tenths in the demo and around 1 million viewers since its premiere (0.7, 8.15 million)

No More Deadline

The neighborhood (0.5, 5.69M) was just slightly down in the demo from its debut (0.6, 5.12M) while Bob Hearts Abishola (0.5, 5.24 million) tied its season opener. Newcomer NCIS: Hawai’i Was also slightly down from its first series (0.5, 6.33M).

CBS wasn’t the only network touting the season finales. On Monday, The CW bid farewell to the current seasons of all american (0.2, 0.65M) and All Americans: Homecoming (0.1, 0.50M), both of which are expected to return for new seasons. The flagship series tied its first season to a tee while the spinoffs grew in viewership since its series debut (0.1, 0.47M). Both series were up from the previous week.

After concluding his 9-1-1 and 9-1-1: Lone Star seasons, Fox hosted the premieres of Do not forget the lyrics ! and Beat Shazam Season 5. Niecy Nash’s Head Do not forget the lyrics ! the reboot made a decent debut with a 0.3 rating in the demo and 2.03 million viewers. by Jamie Foxx Beat Shazam (0.4, 1.82M) tied its Season 4 finale in both counts and was up from the previous season’s debut (0.4, 1.69) in viewership.

ABC featured its NBA coverage, which topped Monday’s primetime demo chart. NBC aired a show of jurassic world.

The Finals will continue to blanket primetime lineups on Tuesday with CBS wrapping up its FBI slate, NBC bids farewell to the Pearsons of It’s us and Fox concluding Name this melody.
