Savannah Music Festival shares first wave of artists for 2022 festival


the Savannah Music Festival announced their first wave of artists for the 2022 festival on Friday.

The three-week event runs from March 24 to April 9 with a host of award-winning acts on stage.

Following:Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit Return to the Savannah Music Festival with New Album, Georgia Blue

The first week will feature Bruce Hornsby and The Noisemakers and Dee Dee Bridgewater and the Memphis Soulphony; artists featured in week two include the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra with Avi Avital and Béla Fleck My Bluegrass Heart with Stuart Duncan, Sierra Hull, Justin Moses, Mark Schatz and Bryan Sutton; and Voices of Mississippi with Bill Ferris, Cedric Burnside, Luther and Cody Dickinson, Sharde Thomas, Mike Marshall’s Stringband Spectacular with Allison de Groot, and Tatiana Hargreaves and Mile Twelve will take the stage in week three, among many other acts.

The full schedule of events will be announced on January 6. Presale tickets for donors and sponsors go on sale January 6-13, and general admission tickets go on sale January 14.
